These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to the digital products offered by L.A.'s Finest Media Group.

Digital products and license

Digital products, including PDFs, are licensed to the purchaser for that purchaser's own business use. You may use the materials in your salon or business, but you may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, share, or provide the materials to others without permission from L.A.'s Finest Media Group.

Prices and optional offers

The Lapsed Client Revival Playbook is offered for a one-time price of $27. The 5-Star Review Accelerator may be offered as an optional $17 add-on, making the initial purchase $44 when selected. An All-in-One upgrade may be offered for $70 after a Playbook-only purchase or $53 after a Playbook-and-add-on purchase. Either upgrade path brings the total to $97 for the All-in-One offer, which includes all three PDFs. Prices shown at checkout apply to the purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you send the three messages in the Lapsed Client Revival Playbook and no client books, you may request a full refund by emailing lasfinestmediagroup@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Include enough purchase information for us to locate your order.

Payments, order records, and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe securely saves card details at the initial checkout for the optional one-click upgrade. You are charged for the upgrade only after clicking Yes; choosing No thanks adds no charge. L.A.'s Finest Media Group never stores card numbers. We retain Stripe customer and payment-method identifiers, order records, and email addresses for payment verification, delivery, and support. Paid downloads are delivered by email through Gmail SMTP.
